Our clinic has various services designed to help animals heal as quickly as possible and keep them healthy into the future. Whether your pet has a dental issue or is suffering from overweight, we’ve got lots of treatment options available. We believe the key to your pet's long-term health is prevention. PET BOARDING/PET HOTEL
If you're going out of town or just always on-the-go, take advantage of our dog and cat hotels. For our canine guests, we have large indoor/outdoor kennels as well as traditional indoor only cages and for our feline guests we have spacious cat suites. Canine guests are taken for a minimum of 2 walks daily and feline guests are given personal time to roam around the cat hotel.
All guests are fed Science Diet brand food twice daily and fresh water is always available. You are welcome to supply your own food which we can feed to your pet at no extra charge.
Our boarding services are particularly valuable for pets with medical issues. Medications can be administered while your pet is a guest with us and 24 hour supervision is provided for all guests.
BATHING AND GROOMING
We offer a variety of grooming services at Airport Animal Hospital. Personalized grooming options include medicated, therapeutic, or flea/tick baths as well as hair cutting services. Nail clipping and filing is included with every bathing service or can be done as a standalone option. Additionally, we accommodate specific grooming clips upon request. If your pet is undergoing medical treatment or staying at our dog or cat hotel, our bathing services are a good idea so you pet can go home clean and healthy.
HOUSE CALL SERVICE
House call and transportation services are available. A doctor can come to your home to administer vaccinations, examine your pet and provide a treatment plan, or simply to pick up your pet to transport to our facility for any services. We also offer private in-home euthanasia for the comfort of you and your pet. Please give us call in advance to schedule any house call service.
SURGERY
Surgery is always a frightening term but we do our best to make it as comfortable and safe as can be. Surgery is performed for many reasons from elective to non-elective to emergency surgery. Our surgery suite is fully equipped with up-to-date equipment. All patients undergoing surgery are monitored by a technician in conjunction with modern machinery which monitors vitals including heart rate, respiration rate, oxygen saturation, carbon dioxide saturation, temperature, blood pressure and ECG.
DENTAL CARE
Proper dental care is as important for your pet as it is for you. Brushing your pets teeth will help reduce plaque and tartar build up but just like us humans, pets need dental cleaning as well. Dental cleanings consist of scaling your pet’s teeth of all build up, cleaning the gum line, extracting any teeth if necessary, rinsing the mouth with antiseptic wash and polishing the teeth. Your pet will not only have a clean and healthy mouth, but will also have great breath.
